REFUND POLICY

Dear customers, if you have any questions regarding our refund policies, please read below for more information! Remember that we appreciate each and every single one of you, and we will strive to keep you satisfied!

1. RETURNS

a. Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
c. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
d. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable software products. e. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

f. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
a. This includes any item that is not in its original condition; that it is damaged or there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will either refund you in cash or in the form of a coupon for your next purchase.

3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

a. If you have yet to receive a refund from us, firstly, check your bank account again.
b. Next, contact your credit card company. This is because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
c. Next, contact your bank. Just like the above, there is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
d. Once you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at onlinestore@uglyfood.com.sg.

4. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

a. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
b. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onlinestore@uglyfood.com.sg and send your item to: UglyFood Store, Building 2 #01-202, Singapore University of Technology and Design, 8 Somapah Road Singapore 487372.

4.1 GIFTS

a. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
b. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

4.2 SHIPPING

a. To return your product, you should mail your product directly to our store at: UglyFood Store, Building 2 #01-202, Singapore University of Technology and Design, 8 Somapah Road Singapore 487372.
b. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
c. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
d. If you are shipping an item over SGD$25.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is because we may not be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
