Ice Cream Mango (Rumaani)
Ripe, Ready to eat, Slightly wrinkled (but still good to eat and deliciously sweet!)

Cut the fully ripen mango into two parts (but not the kernal) -- similar to how to you will do an avocado! Using a spoon, slightly twist to remove the kernal. Keep the mango cups in the refrigerator/freezer for a while and taste this mango as you enjoy like an ice cream!
You can freeze them longer up to 3 months! To eat from, thaw in chiller for about an hour
