Month of November - Plant-based challenge!

November is World Vegan Month, we will be including a plant-based meat as part of our bundle! We challenge you to create plant-based dishes with our bundle, especially with the plant-based meat!

Having less meat in our diet is beneficial both to our environment and our body! Meat production takes up a lot of resources and produces way more carbon footprint than other agricultural production.

1 kg beef = 15,000 litres of water  vs 1 kg tomatoes = 214 litres of water

Also included in the bundle:

Leafy greens, from baby spinach, kale, arugula to xiao bai cai, mini kailan.

Mushrooms, from portobello, white button to enoki, king oyster, and shimeji.

An assortment of fruits including apples, guavas and more premium selections like stone fruits.

Vegetables, from staples like potatoes, carrots, tomatoes to gourds like zucchini, hairy gourd, old cucumber, and occasionally onions, french beans, lotus roots and more.
