Month of November - Plant-based challenge!

November is World Vegan Month, we will be including a plant-based meat as part of our bundle! We challenge you to create plant-based dishes with our bundle, especially with the plant-based meat! 

Having less meat in our diet is beneficial both to our environment and our body! Meat production takes up a lot of resources and produces way more carbon footprint than other agricultural production. 

1 kg beef = 15,000 litres of water  vs 1 kg tomatoes = 214 litres of water

Mushrooms, from portobello, white button to enoki, king oyster, and shimeji.
